CroisiEurope, Europe's largest river cruise company, has acquired its second ocean-going vessel, La Belle des Océans, which will significantly enrich its catalog offerings starting in October with unusual itineraries, beginning with a journey between Singapore and Phuket.
The Belle des Océans is a prestigious cruise ship renowned for its extensive voyages across the globe. This luxurious vessel, offering exceptional comfort despite its compact size, features seven decks, a length of 103 meters, and a width of 15 meters. It will offer the opportunity to discover new itineraries in optimal conditions. Accommodating up to 120 passengers, it boasts 60 spacious suites with exterior views, allowing guests to fully appreciate the exotic landscapes. Nine of these suites also feature a private terrace.
From next October until December, La Belle des Océans will make its first trips between Singapore and Phuket on an exceptional 11-day itinerary that includes sailing and visiting three different countries: the Republic of Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand, an opportunity to immerse yourself in a continent with a history of thousands of years where ancestral traditions, unparalleled exotic landscapes and white sand beaches mix through a cruise that offers full board, drinks included, gala dinner and onboard entertainment.
The Belle of the Oceans will begin her journey with CroisiEurope on this exotic itinerary, visiting Phuket, the largest island in Thailand; Phang Nga Bay, a small natural wonder and national park since 1981; Koh Lanta, an archipelago located in the south with spectacular seabeds and emerald water beaches; Ko Muk, a small island not very frequented by tourists but well worth a visit; Langkawi, a duty-free island in northern Malaysia; Penang, on the Strait of Malacca and a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2008; Port Klang, the port of access to reach the dazzling capital of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia and a modern city of skyscrapers and green spaces; Malacca, with its Portuguese and Dutch influences and part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site; and Singapore, the "New York of Asia."
Starting in January 2020, La Belle des Océans will sail the seas on the following unprecedented routes:
- 1 15-day cruise through India
- 12-day cruise from Abu Dhabi to Oman
- 1 ten-day cruise through Jordan, Egypt, Israel and Cyprus
- 1 nine-day cruise between Cyprus and Athens
- 1 eight-day cruise from Athens to Naples
- 1 eight-day cruise from Naples to Nice
- 4 eight-day tours of Corsica
- 1 12-day cruise from Ajaccio to Lisbon
- 1 nine-day cruise through Lisbon, Madeira and the Azores
- 10-day cruise to Saint Pierre and Miquelon and Quebec
Finally, La Belle des Océans will arrive at its summer home port in June 2020, between the St. Lawrence River and Lake Ontario, in Quebec, and from there it will make 11-day itineraries until October visiting Quebec, Montreal, the Thousand Islands, Toronto and Niagara-on-the-Lake, ending at Niagara Falls.
