Positioning itself at the forefront of culinary development, the cruise line has announced more than 200 new healthy menu options. The new menu offerings complement Canyon Ranch’s already acclaimed vegetarian and healthy selections, developed by the Oceania Cruises culinary team in collaboration with world-renowned chef, culinary instructor, and author Christophe Berg.

The wide range of cuisines includes Italian, Greek, Middle Eastern, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Mexican, Malaysian, and more. You can find poke bowls, delicious pastas and pad Thai, light and refreshing salads and soups, and even a variety of surprising items like a "fake burger" with cheese, truffle macaroni and cheese, oatmeal apple crumble, vanilla vegan ice cream, and coconut and vanilla crème brûlée.
