MSC Cruises, the world's largest privately owned cruise company, headquartered in Switzerland and a market leader in Europe and South America, has just launched 'MSC Masters', a comprehensive e-training platform for travel agents on the company's wide and varied range of products and services.

MSC Masters is a digital program that will provide travel professionals with relevant information about MSC Cruises, helping them deepen their knowledge of the company and sell its cruise experiences. This initiative will also expand the company's distribution channel, generating interest among travel agencies that are not yet familiar with MSC Cruises. Tourism professionals who enroll in the program can become an MSC Cruises Master and receive incentives.
MSC Masters has been designed to help travel agents familiarize themselves with MSC Cruises' ever-growing fleet of 15 ships, its new itineraries, and the numerous experiences created to meet the needs of passengers of all ages. As a result, this platform will enable professionals to find the right MSC Cruises offering for each client.
The digital program, accessible 24 hours a day, includes interactive modules with helpful videos and comprehensive tutorials providing information on ship features, destinations, onboard lifestyle, and MSC Book—the online booking platform. It also features 360° virtual tours for a complete experience. All of this is designed to provide a deeper understanding of MSC Cruises' history and its unique values and distinguishing features.
MSC Masters will reward travel agents as they complete the modules. Those who finish the 'MSC Basic' course will receive a personalized diploma as a graduate professional in 'MSC Cruises Specialist'. Following this, they can take the 'MSC Advanced' course to become a 'Master', the highest level. Upon completion of the courses, participants can be rewarded with gifts and invitations to special events, and can even win a cruise aboard the new MSC Bellissima by participating in the 'OK ZOE' competition related to ZOE, the new virtual assistant onboard that was launched internationally on January 31st and represents a significant investment in Artificial Intelligence by the company.
