Silversea announces its Classic Fleet itineraries for winter 2019-20, comprising 89 voyages to Australasia, Asia, South America, the Caribbean, and more—all available for travelers to book starting today. The new itineraries bring the total number of destinations visited to approximately 900 for 2019-20. Carefully selected to expand the cruise line’s geographic footprint and unlock new experiences in the world’s most spectacular destinations, the winter 2019-20 itineraries include a full program in Australia and New Zealand, a circumnavigation of South America, and increased capacity in Asia, among other highlights. Ten inaugural calls will be made to such captivating locations as the volcanic island of Dravuni in Fiji, the lush rainforest of Cayman Brac in the Cayman Islands, and the picturesque town of Timaru in New Zealand, with its beautiful botanical gardens and bluestone buildings.

Highlights of the 2019-20 winter itineraries include:
World Cruise 2020: Departing from Fort Lauderdale for Amsterdam on January 6, the Silver Whisper will become the first ship to visit all seven continents on a world cruise. The 140-day World Cruise will cover 32 countries and 62 ports.
Australia and New Zealand: The Silver Muse will spend more than four months in Australia and New Zealand, marking its longest season in the region to date. Sample itineraries:
- On December 6, the Silver Muse will depart from Sydney for Auckland on a 14-day voyage, visiting Melbourne, Tasmania, Port Chalmers (Dunedin), Lyttelton (Christchurch), Picton and Tauranga.
- On January 3, the Silver Muse will sail round trip from Sydney on a 13-day journey to the idyllic islands of the South Pacific.
South America: On January 24, the Silver Shadow will depart from Fort Lauderdale on a complete 63-day circumnavigation of South America.
Myanmar: From November 19 to February 29, the Silver Spirit incorporates multi-day stops in Myanmar, where guests can explore in depth the famous golden pagodas and ancient temples of this seductive country.
Asia: From the enchanting Land of the Rising Sun to the Great Wall of China and Vietnam's surreal Ha Long Bay, voyages undertaken by the Silver Spirit and the Silver Muse. Sample itineraries:
- On October 21, the Silver Muse will spend 14 days absorbing unique cultures and dynamic cities in China and Japan such as Tokyo and Hong Kong.
- On December 7, the Silver Spirit showcases Southeast Asia on a 14-day voyage from Singapore to Hong Kong.
Caribbean: Nearly two dozen voyages aboard the Silver Wind, Silver Shadow, and Silver Whisper highlight the wonders of the sun-drenched Caribbean. Sample itineraries:
- On November 22, the Silver Whisper departs from Fort Lauderdale for a 14-day round trip visiting tropical treasures such as Tortola, St. Barts, Les Saintes, Barbados, Dominica, Antigua, San Juan, and Key West.
- On January 16, the Silver Wind sets sail from San Juan to Barbados on an 11-day voyage to reveal the charm of La Romana, Curaçao, Bonaire, Grenada, Dominica, St. Lucia and Bequia, with an inaugural visit to Port of Spain along the way
Silversea also announced the full schedule of expedition cruises aboard Silver Galapagos from January to June 2020, continuing its ever-popular exploration of the pristine and biologically diverse Galapagos Islands, with two distinct seven-day itineraries that can be combined. Itineraries for Silver Cloud and Silver Explorer are also available now through mid-February 2020, while Silver Discoverer will leave the Silversea fleet in the summer of 2019.
