Oceania Cruises introduces new and enticing dining options on its ships“These spectacular new menus reflect our commitment to culinary excellence and offer our passengers not only the best cuisine at sea, but diverse gastronomic options that surprise and delight the palate,” says Bob Binder, president and CEO of Oceania Cruises.

Each evening in the Grand Dining Room, passengers can enjoy more than two dozen dishes to choose from: six appetizers, three soups, four salads, nine entrees, and nine side dishes. Each menu incorporates Oceania Cruises' acclaimed and imaginative vegetarian dishes, along with healthy selections from Canyon Ranch (responsible for the ships' spa and wellness areas), which reflect their balanced lifestyle philosophy. In total, the menus comprise more than 800 dishes. Guests can choose as many dishes as they like, along with their sides and accompaniments. The possibilities are vast, as diners can order à la carte or request one of the tasting menus offered by Oceania Cruises. All travelers will delight in the wide variety of fresh and bold flavors that complement a broad selection of classic dishes, celebrated both on land and at sea for years or even decades.

“The new menus in the Grand Dining Room are the most creative and varied that travelers will find at sea. I am very proud of our entire culinary team, as each member has participated in the creation of these incredible dishes,” says Franck Garanger, Executive Chef of Oceania Cruises.

For those seeking a healthier option, the Balanced Selection offers up to four light courses. Alternatively, the Pairing menu features four additional courses selected by our master chefs, served with a selection of wines chosen by our expert sommelier to make every dinner a truly special evening.

These new menus are currently available on board Riviera and will be introduced on board Sirena in May, Insignia in June, Nautica and Marina in July, and Regatta in August.
