Creuers del Port de Barcelona, the cruise terminal operator, has announced the appointment of Javier Rodríguez as general manager, replacing Carles Domingo who announced his retirement after leading the company for 18 years.
The former Pullmantur Cruises executive will assume the role of general manager of Creuers del Port de Barcelona after seven years as director of port, land and coastal operations at the Spanish cruise brand.
Creuers del Port de Barcelona commented, “Javier Rodríguez, in his new role as general manager, will work closely with local stakeholders to continue providing the best service at the Port of Barcelona.”.
Carles Domingo, meanwhile, will continue working as an independent cruise consultant.
