Princess Cruises' smallest ship, the Pacific Princess, with a capacity for 670 passengers, has undergone a multi-million euro renovation. After two weeks in dry dock, the completely refurbished vessel now boasts innovative passenger spaces, four renovated restaurants, 16,500 square meters of new carpeting, and the Princess Cruises logo emblazoned on its hull.
The 336 cabins offer comfortable and luxurious beds, as well as new carpeting, headboards, curtains, modern lighting, and USB ports. Sofa beds have been installed in the new cabins, along with desks, lounge chairs, and dining furniture.
The ship's atrium has been modernized with a design inspired by New York hotels, while the pool deck features a garden theme, decorated with spectacular teak woodwork. New furnishings include double sun loungers and outdoor sofas, as well as comfortable armchairs and poolside loungers.
The Pacific Princess, after its complete modernization, is sailing from Ft. Lauderdale to Dover, where it will embark on several European itineraries before beginning its 111-day round-the-world voyage departing from Los Angeles on January 20, 2018.
The newly renovated ship offers 8-night itineraries around Ireland, Wales and Scotland with the option of attending the Military Tattoo Festival; or the itinerary departing on August 2, 2018 from Dover and arriving at the same port, with stops in St Helier, Milford Haven, Dublin and Edinburgh.
Princess Cruises is offering onboard credits per stateroom to guests who book their cruise on the Pacific Princess before July 31, 2017.
