Silversea Cruises, the luxury cruise company, has announced the details that will define the culinary experience aboard its new flagship, Silver Muse , which will begin sailing the seas in April 2017. Just six months before its launch in Monaco, Silversea reveals the details of its eight restaurants on board its flagship.
Relais & Château, Silversea's exclusive partner, will offer Silver Muse guests refined French cuisine at the La Dame. In this space, Relais & Château's top chefs will create haute cuisine dishes based on local produce and paired with select wines.
The flavors of Asia will be represented at Kabuki and Indochine. At Silver Note, guests will feel transported to the jazz clubs of Manhattan. One of Silversea's classic restaurants is Hot Rocks, where guests are invited to create their own selection of meat, fish, or vegetables.
La Terrazza uses the freshest ingredients to create the finest Italian dishes. Regina Margheritawill be open all day, offering Italian dishes such as homemade pizzas, which can be enjoyed poolside. Atlantide , another new culinary offering from Silversea, will feature the best dishes the ocean has to offer, created exclusively for the Silver Muse, such as blue lobster, red crab, and verbena-infused snapper, as well as a selection of meats.
