International cruise line Norwegian Cruise Line has unveiled this week the extensive culinary offerings for guests of the Norwegian Joy, its new superior class ship, which will be available from its first departure from the port of Shanghai on June 28, 2017.
Among the free options is the Garden Café, which will offer Chinese and Western buffet cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as the elegant Manhattan Room, with traditional dining experiences.
The Savor and Taste restaurants will also serve a wide variety of Chinese specialties, with traditional options and fusion dishes that blend Chinese cuisine with Korean and Japanese influences. Among its premium offerings, Food Republic allows diners to embark on a culinary tour of the world.
Cagney's Steakhouse will offer the highest quality cuts of meat, such as tender filet mignon and succulent ribs, as well as other specialties like lamb chops. Another option is American Diner, which will feature the best of American cuisine, from rolls and meat pies to hamburgers and fried chicken.
Neptune's seafood specialty restaurant will offer a stunning buffet of fresh seafood, both cooked and raw, served on ice. La Cucina will offer a combination of contemporary Italian pastas and handmade gnocchi, along with meat and seafood dishes, while Le Bistro will serve the finest French cuisine from the high seas.
The Bake Shop, a boutique bakery offering a tempting array of homemade baked goods, including muffins, macarons, chocolate truffles, and Japanese sweets like mochi, among many others. "La Bodega," or La Cave , is the place to enjoy the finest wines and spirits on the Norwegian Joy.
