Trasmediterranea passengers embarking this summer from Barcelona to Menorca will be able to enjoy the new features offered by the Adriático, a vessel with a capacity for 1,300 passengers. New facilities, changes to the dining options, and improvements to onboard entertainment are the main features presented to travel agencies aboard the ship in the Port of Barcelona. The company's Commercial Director, Miguel Pardo, and Passenger Director, Ignacio Maldonado, participated in the event.
The Adriatic cruise ship has offered an onboard entertainment portal since this summer, a pioneering feature in the scheduled maritime transport sector. By connecting to the ship's Wi-Fi, passengers will find the entertainment portal where they can browse various audiovisual content and access whatever they want to watch.
A new version of the Trasmeferry app is also available, which allows one-click purchases and offers exclusive benefits with deals and discounts, upgrades to higher class accommodations, or an invitation to breakfast.
Another of the main attractions this season on board the Adriatic is the summer terrace, located on deck 10, from where passengers can enjoy privileged sea views while trying one of the juices from the renewed smoothie menu.
Onboard dining has also undergone changes and improvements. In addition to the à la carte and self-service restaurants, there's now the Mamma Mia restaurant, offering a wide variety of Italian dishes such as pasta and pizza by the slice. All these options include daily menus, gluten-free and children's menus, healthy dishes, and a salad bar, all prepared with fresh, local ingredients
For all those traveling as a family, the Adriatico ship will have two new play areas from the end of June so that the little ones can enjoy the voyage.
