MSC Cruises has launched its new interactive catalog for the 2017-2018 season, featuring over 700 cruises, 220 destinations, and 2,000 shore excursions. The catalog, now available online, allows travelers to explore the ship and itineraries through videos, images, and virtual tours of select ships by scanning QR codes to view the images on mobile devices.
Among the most significant new additions are the revolutionary ships MSC Meraviglia and MSC Seaside, for which bookings for the inaugural season are now open. MSC Meraviglia, which will sail the Western Mediterranean starting in June 2017, departing every Friday from Barcelona, will feature world-renowned Cirque du Soleil shows. These shows will be created exclusively for MSC Cruises passengers and will premiere in July 2017.
Meanwhile, MSC Seaside will set sail from Miami in December 2017, offering a wide range of seven-night itineraries through the Western and Eastern Caribbean. It will also be the first ship in the company's fleet to be christened in the United States and to be based in Miami.
