The agreements have been signed with the Autonomous City of Melilla, within the framework of FITUR.
The CEO of Trasmediterránea, Mario Quero, and the Minister of Education, Youth, and Sports of the Autonomous City of Melilla, Antonio Miranda, have signed the collaboration agreement for the Melilla Nautical Project 2016, of which Trasmediterránea is, once again, the official sponsor. The signing ceremony took place at the Trasmediterránea stand and was attended by the Deputy Minister of Tourism, Javier Mateo, and the President of the Melilla Monumental City Foundation, Francisco Javier Calderón.
Melilla Náutica encompasses nautical competitions and activities, and within this project, the 20th Nautical Week takes place from August 10th to 14th, kicking off the national nautical competition calendar in the southern region. Among the activities, the "Acciona la Vela" project stands out, promoting barrier-free sport for people with disabilities.
Trasmediterránea has signed another collaboration agreement within the framework of Fitur with the Melilla European City of Sport project, which was signed at the stand of the autonomous city of Melilla with the participation of the company's Passenger Director, Ignacio Maldonado.
