MSC Cruises has announced that following the launch of MSC Voyagers Club, the company's new loyalty program that rewards frequent travelers and reinforces its ongoing commitment to providing customers with an exceptional experience before, during and after their cruise, it has also launched the exclusive Status Match program.
Since its launch, the program has garnered significant attention and proven popular with both frequent cruisers and those new to cruising who belong to other travel programs. Many of these newcomers are experiencing a cruise vacation for the first time and join the MSC Cruises Loyalty Club through Status Match. This entitles them to membership in the MSC Voyagers Club.
The Status Match program is designed for those who already belong to other loyalty programs and wish to receive similar benefits upon joining MSC Voyagers Club. This means that frequent travelers who join the program will automatically acquire MSC Voyagers Club membership with all the associated advantages, as well as a guaranteed 5% discount on any booking.
The Status Match program was launched at the same time as MSC Voyagers Club, on July 22, 2015, in Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Brazil, and the United States. Due to high demand, the company decided to further expand the program's reach and extend it to the following markets: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, in early October 2015.

MSC Voyagers Club rewards cruisers' passion for adventure and their enthusiasm for discovering new places. Joining MSC Voyagers Club is free and can be done even before boarding with a confirmed booking. Personalized cruise cards will be available on board for all MSC Voyagers Club members at the start of each voyage.
MSC Voyagers Club points are earned based on the onboard experience chosen when sailing with MSC Cruises: Bella, Fantastica, Aurea, or MSC Yacht Club. Additionally, prepaid onboard services and expenses will be redeemed as bonus points.
