As a shipping company, the Pullmantur Group has been closely monitoring the tragic events that occurred in Tunisia last Wednesday, March 18th.
After assessing these events, the company has proceeded to inform passengers and travel agencies that it is cancelling the stopover in the port of La Goulette, Tunisia.
This cancellation affects both brands of the Pullmantur Group, namely Pullmantur Cruises and Croisières de France, which had scheduled stops in Tunisia in their different itineraries for the 2015 season.
For itineraries departing in March and April, this stopover will be temporarily replaced by one in Palermo, Italy. For the remainder of the season, the company will also evaluate other possible alternatives and will announce them in the coming weeks.
We regret having to take this measure, but the safety of both our passengers and crew members is our top priority as a company.
The Pullmantur Group would like to send its deepest condolences to the families and friends of the victims of this attack, and we also hope for the speedy recovery of all those injured.
