For the sixth consecutive year, Pullmantur receives the "Best Crew" Award in recognition of the professionalism of the company's employees.
The leading shipping company in the Spanish market is also distinguished, for the fourth time, as "Best Popular Company", an award that recognizes excellence in service and the best experience at sea.
The Cruise Excellence Awards are presented annually and are the result of a survey conducted by Cruises News Media Group among more than 12,000 cruise passengers and travel agencies.
Pullmantur Cruises has been awarded by Cruises News Media Group, in the VIII Mediterranean Edition of the EXCELLENCE Awards, in two categories: “Best Crew” and “Best Popular Company”, awards that they receive for the sixth consecutive year and the fourth time respectively.
Sonia Prieto, General Manager for Spain and Portugal, Manuel García-Escudero, Director of Communication and Marketing, and Amadeo Alburquerque, Ship Captain at Pullmantur Cruises, collected the awards at the ceremony that took place last Thursday in Palma de Mallorca.
According to Sonia Prieto, receiving the "Best Crew" is "recognition of all the crew members on the different Pullmantur ships who, day after day, strive to make our passengers' experiences unique and unforgettable. The secret? The kindness, approachability, and availability that always characterize us."
Sonia Prieto also referred to the "Best Popular Company" award as "one of the most important we can receive because those who judge us are our own cruise passengers. At Pullmantur, we offer a unique, high-quality onboard experience tailored to everyone's lifestyle, and this is reflected in the new features we've introduced for 2015."
Cruises News Media Group is an international communications group specializing in marketing, information, and promotion for the cruise industry. Its awards are considered the first and only awards of their kind in the industry in Spain. These awards recognize the work of cruise lines, based on feedback from customers themselves, through a survey conducted in this latest edition with 12,000 cruise passengers and travel agencies.
