It includes four ships sailing around Europe, including the Norwegian Epic which will make Barcelona its annual homeport, the return of the Norwegian Sun to South America and the inaugural season of the Norwegian Escape.
North American cruise company Norwegian Cruise Line has launched its new catalog for the 2015/16 season this week, which includes cruises to Europe, the Caribbean, Bermuda, the Bahamas and Florida, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and New England, as well as the Panama Canal, the Mexican Riviera, South America and transatlantic voyages.
As in the current season, Norwegian Cruise Line will deploy four of its ships in Europe next year. The spectacular Norwegian Epic will return to Europe for good, with its popular seven-night Western Mediterranean itinerary departing from Barcelona or Civitavecchia (Rome) in the summer and with alternative itineraries to destinations in the Western Mediterranean or the Canary Islands, Madeira, and Morocco during the winter season. The Norwegian Jade will also sail the Mediterranean in the summer, sailing from Venice to the Greek Islands or Croatia, Greece, and Turkey. In addition, the Norwegian Spirit will once again offer its 12-night Grand Mediterranean cruises between Barcelona and Venice during the summer season. And to complete the extensive selection of European itineraries, the Norwegian Star will return to Copenhagen in the summer with a variety of Northern European cruises never before seen, visiting the major Baltic capitals, the Norwegian Fjords, the British Isles, and offering an incredible journey to the North Cape during the summer solstice.
The 2015/16 season also includes the launch of the Norwegian Escape, which will debut with a series of seven-night Eastern Caribbean cruises from Miami, as well as the return of the Norwegian Sun to South America, with 14-night cruises between Valparaíso (Santiago, Chile) and Buenos Aires, from November 2015 to March 2016. In the summer, the Norwegian Pearl, Norwegian Jewel, and Norwegian Sun sail from Seattle, Vancouver, and Seward (Anchorage) to the breathtaking landscapes of Alaska. Norwegian Sun cruises offer the option of adding a land package that includes an excursion to Denali National Park for an even deeper exploration of Alaska's flora and fauna.
