RWS Global, a world leader in creating live experiences for the entertainment and sports sectors, has established a new collaboration with Silversea, the leading brand in experiential and expedition luxury travel, to handle the onboard entertainment operations of the Silver Shadow and Silver Whisper.
This collaboration marks the beginning of a strategic relationship between both companies and reflects their shared commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences through a top-tier entertainment program, specifically designed for Silversea's traveler profile.
Leveraging its extensive experience producing Broadway-quality shows both at sea and on land, RWS Global will be responsible for talent selection and booking, creative casting, artist and musician preparation and management, technical operations, and show execution aboard two of the cruise line's classic ships: Silver Shadow and Silver Whisper. RWS Global will also handle hiring, payroll management, and day-to-day coordination of artists, musicians, and technicians. Rehearsals will take place at RWS Global's studios in New York before the first cast embarks in October.
RWS Global's Creative Casting division, led by Ryan Saab, will oversee the selection and onboarding of artists, musicians, and technicians for the entertainment program. The team will work to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience that complements Silversea's already high standards.
