Atlas Ocean Voyages presents the inaugural season of Atlas Adventurer, the newest addition to its fleet of luxury expedition yachts. This launch marks a significant milestone for the company, incorporating itineraries in Asia and Africa into its portfolio of destinations for the first time in its history.
The inaugural expeditions will begin on November 6, 2028, in Kobe, Japan, and conclude in spring 2029 in Athens, Greece. This highly anticipated deployment represents a significant expansion of the Atlas immersive experience, introducing an extraordinary selection of new ports across Southeast Asia and East Africa.
Guests will discover the rich culture and diverse landscapes of destinations such as Indonesia and Thailand, as well as the remote coasts of Madagascar and Kenya, renowned for their stunning biodiversity and wildlife. Each voyage will be enhanced by Atlas' Epicurean Expeditions and Cultural Experiences, designed to forge deeper connections through regional cuisine, local traditions, and authentic experiences, all combined with the brand's signature elegant yachting atmosphere.
To celebrate the launch of Atlas Adventurer, the company has created the exclusive Explorer's Choice Inaugural Offer, allowing travelers to further personalize their experience. Guests who book a suite during the inaugural season can choose from various perks, including up to $3,000 in air credit per suite, complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi, or a free hotel night before their expedition. Those booking within the Concierge Collection can select two perks, while Reserve Collection Suite guests will automatically receive all three included perks.
“This inaugural season represents a pivotal moment for Atlas Ocean Voyages,” said James A. Rodriguez, president and CEO of the company. “With Atlas Adventurer, we are introducing entirely new destinations while remaining true to our philosophy of creating deeply immersive and culturally enriching journeys. These itineraries are designed for discerning travelers seeking both discovery and sophistication in some of the world’s most captivating destinations.”

In the Philippines, the crystal-clear waters of Palawan and Puerto Princesa offer snorkeling and kayaking experiences in UNESCO-protected marine environments, while Boracay allows visitors to enjoy its famous beaches and local culture.
The African coast will add a much wilder, more natural dimension to the trip. In Mossel Bay, South Africa, guests can participate in marine safaris and whale watching. Meanwhile, in Nosy Be, Madagascar, they will have the opportunity to observe endemic lemur species, tour ylang-ylang plantations, and explore lush rainforests with unique biodiversity.
