Azamara Cruises announces a new pre-booking program for specialty restaurants and spa treatments, offering guests greater flexibility and the ability to secure experiences before boarding.
For guests with confirmed reservations, Azamara Cruises is introducing a new advance booking program for dining and spa services, allowing customers to secure their favorite experiences even before setting sail.
“True hospitality begins before the guest even sets foot on board,” said Simon Blacoe, Vice President of Hotel Operations at Azamara Cruises.
“Guests told us they wanted more flexibility when planning their dining experiences, and this new pre-booking program offers exactly that: more time to anticipate their trip and less to worry about once on board.”
Through Azamara Cruises' new booking program, guests with confirmed reservations can now pre-book dining experiences at Prime C, the cruise line's flagship steakhouse; Aqualina, which offers refined Italian cuisine; or Chef's Table, an elegant six-course wine-paired experience.
Restaurant reservations can be made through travel agents, the Azamara call center, and their website. Reservations open 150 days prior to departure for suite guests and Azamara Circle loyalty program members (Discoverers and above), and 140 days prior for all other guests. This reservation window applies only to dining.
Spa bookings work differently and can be made up to 12 months in advance through travel agents and the call center; online booking on their website will be available in early 2026. As an added benefit, applicable Azamara Circle loyalty program discounts will be automatically applied to your bookings. All bookings close seven days prior to departure, giving travelers ample time to plan.
These new features are part of Azamara Cruises' broader initiative to simplify and enhance the guest experience. The cruise line has also recently updated its digital booking tools: guests can now more easily manage their reservations online—including accessing their booking directly on Azamara.com, selecting and adding shore excursions or onboard services, and applying onboard credits during the booking process.
Travelers can also select their preferred cabin when booking, or change to another available cabin after booking, offering greater control and customization throughout the planning process.
“Every improvement we make—from our culinary offerings to our digital experience—is guided by guest feedback,” Blacoe added.
“This is another step to ensure that from the moment a guest books, they feel fully taken care of.”
The new advance booking features will begin to be implemented from December 1, 2025, progressively across the entire fleet, with availability expanding throughout December.
