Fincantieri is scheduled to deliver two new cruise ships to TUI AG for the Marella Cruises, which TUI AG will design and build. This agreement represents a milestone for Marella, which is undertaking the construction of new vessels for the first time, choosing Fincantieri as its strategic partner to lead this evolution. The collaboration with Fincantieri is an important step for the brand, which seeks to evolve within the cruise industry alongside a partner with extensive and established experience in the sector.
The ships will be custom-built for the UK market and will have a strong focus on environmental sustainability. With elegant design, premium materials, and a wide selection of spacious accommodations, they will redefine the concept of premium cruising.
Both units are expected to be delivered in 2030 and 2032 respectively, with an innovative design that will meet the strictest environmental regulations and respond to the growing demand for eco-friendly solutions in the cruise industry.

Fincantieri already has a strong partnership with TUI Cruises, a joint venture between TUI AG and Royal Caribbean Cruises. Last February, the Group delivered Mein Schiff Relax, the first of two newly designed dual-fuel (liquefied natural gas - LNG and marine diesel - MGO) InTUItion-class cruise ships. The second ship, Mein Schiff Flow, is currently under construction at the Monfalcone shipyard and is scheduled for delivery in 2026.
