Twenty-two people from Madrid are embarking on the MSC Magnifica on its world cruise, MSC World Cruise 2025, which has set sail from the port of Barcelona, with 157 Spaniards on board, including these intrepid Madrileños, ready to live a unique experience: a 120-night trip that will take them to 46 destinations in 21 countries.
Over four months, from January 7th to May 7th, travelers aboard MSC Magnifica will have the opportunity to explore some of the world's most fascinating destinations. Starting in the Mediterranean, with a first stop in Málaga, before crossing the Atlantic to the Americas. From there, the ship will head to Brazil (with a stop in Salvador de Bahia and an overnight stay in Rio de Janeiro), visiting destinations such as Buenos Aires, Argentina; the Falkland Islands; Valparaíso, Chile; the End of the World Train in Ushuaia; and the idyllic Pacific islands of Tahiti, French Polynesia, and the Cook Islands. Passengers will also explore the coasts of New Zealand and Australia before discovering the exotic Maldives, the Seychelles, and Madagascar. The journey will conclude with stops in South Africa, Namibia, Senegal, and Fuerteventura before returning to the Mediterranean, completing this incredible circumnavigation of the globe.
In addition to the 157 Spanish passengers, the crew also includes Spanish members. Iris, from Valencia, and Claudia, from Ciudad Real, are part of the team aboard the MSC Magnifica, contributing to the success of this round-the-world voyage.

Cruisers aboard MSC World Cruise 2025 will enjoy 15 included excursions. Highlights include a visit to the Hassan II Mosque and the city of Casablanca in Morocco, and an excursion to the main attractions in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. They will explore the charms of Buenos Aires in Argentina and take guided tours of Valparaíso and Viña del Mar in Chile. In French Polynesia, there will be an excursion along Tahiti's east coast in Papeete, while in New Zealand, passengers can enjoy a visit to the Auckland Museum and Waterfront. In Australia, tours are included to enjoy panoramic views of Adelaide, as well as tours of the cities of Fremantle, Melbourne, and Perth.
In addition, travelers will have the opportunity to snorkel in the Cook Islands, discover the fascinating cuisine and the Teatro Massimo in Palermo, Italy, or experience the unique flavors of local cuisine in Mindelo, Cape Verde, among many other options. Passengers can also book additional excursions, both before and during the trip.
The MSC Magnifica will welcome passengers during their nearly four-month voyage. This ship adapts to the world's diverse climates while sailing, offering amenities such as an indoor pool with a retractable roof, mini-golf, bowling, billiards, a state-of-the-art gym, and a jogging track. Guests can also enjoy a wide range of onboard entertainment, including water parks, a full-size bowling alley, a 4D cinema, and shows in the Royal Theatre.
