Celestyal is introducing a simplified single fare called "Celestyal One", which will replace the current "Experience" and "Experience Plus" packages.
'Celestyal One' will include the cruise fare, free basic WiFi for all passengers, filtered coffee, tea, water and juices at a specific point on board throughout the day (from 6 am to 10 pm), unlimited non-alcoholic drinks in the main restaurants with meals, as well as port fees and taxes and tips for the crew.
In addition, Celestyal has simplified its beverage offering, eliminating all beverage packages and replacing them with a prepaid digital wallet called 'CelestyalPay'. This can be used on board for any food and beverage purchases not included in the package. Passengers can add charges to their account as they consume, or, if they prefer, they can load funds into their 'CelestyalPay' before boarding and receive an additional credit from the company.
The announcements are accompanied by an increase in the number of onboard restaurants included in fares. Passengers can continue to enjoy the main Thalassa restaurant and the buffet-style Taverna on both ships in the company's fleet, and now dine at the Greek Deli or Pizza Oven as included restaurants during specific hours.
The changes will take effect on all bookings made from December 11, 2024 onwards, for cruises departing from March 21, 2025 onwards.
