Royal Caribbean Group has launched the industry's first program that allows members of the loyalty programs of its three brands (Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Silversea) to obtain a credit on any of them.

This new program, called Loyalty Status Match, allows members of Crown & Anchor Society, Captain's Club and Venetian Society to enjoy equivalent benefits, regardless of the brand they sail.
Program Benefits
1. Level Recognition: Members will be able to see their level equivalent across all three brands after enrolling in each program.
2. Onboard Benefits: Passengers will be able to enjoy the onboard benefits offered by each brand for their level.
3. Automatic Level Matching: Guests enrolled in multiple loyalty programs will have their levels matched across brands within 7 days.
4. Enhanced Travel Experience: Level equivalency will allow members to choose from a wider and more varied range of vacation experiences and destinations.
For example, a Venetian Society member with 250 travel days who plans an upcoming cruise with Celebrity Cruises will be able to enroll in the Captain's Club and obtain Elite status once their loyalty programs are linked.
Terms and Conditions
The loyalty program terms and conditions have been updated to explain how member data will be shared across different programs, as well as other legal terms. New onboard benefits for members with a matched tier will begin with cruises departing on or after June 5, 2024.
Jason Liberty, president and CEO of Royal Caribbean Group, stated: “We strive to offer our guests experiences across our portfolio of brands that will satisfy them at any stage of their lives. For the first time in the industry, our new Loyalty Status Match program will reward passengers who travel with our brands, contributing to our goal of creating vacation experiences for a lifetime.”
