Allura will be the name of Oceania Cruises ' newest ship . A total of 26 voyages will be part of the inaugural season, with more than 90 destinations and durations of up to 34 days.

A maximum of 1,200 guests will be served by 800 crew members. There will be one chef for every 10 guests.
Following the success of the maiden voyages of its sister ship, Oceania Vista, launched in 2023, the Allura has moved up its schedule, announcing its inaugural season in the Mediterranean. Immediately afterward, it will head to New England and Canada, coinciding with the autumn foliage that offers stunning scenery in areas like Maine and Massachusetts. For the winter season, it will be based in the Caribbean.
Thus, the inaugural itinerary will depart from Athens on June 8, 2025 and arrive in Istanbul after 7 days sailing through Santorini (Greece), Heraklion (Crete), Rhodes (Greece), Bodrum, Kusadasi, Troy and Istanbul (Turkey).
Some examples from the recently announced travel collection will be the following:
- 17 days from Rome to Athens on July 29th visiting: Rome and Tuscany, Portofino, Palma de Mallorca and Barcelona, Saint Tropez, Cinque Terre and several Greek Islands.
- 34 days from Rome to New York on August 27 where, after passing through the most demanded ports of the eastern and western Mediterranean, (in several Spanish ports such as Palma de Mallorca, Tarragona, Barcelona, Cartagena and Malaga), it will continue, after visiting Portugal and the United Kingdom, to Halifax (Canada), Maine and Massachusetts (New England) and New York.
- 11 days from New York to Montreal on October 18, 2025, thoroughly exploring New England and Canada.

Offers aboard the remodeled Riviera
Continuing with the news for the 2025 season, Oceania Cruises also announced that the recently renovated Riviera, with a capacity for 1,250 passengers, will sail its first season in Alaska in the summer of 2025.
Betting on one of the most sought-after destinations, the Riviera will offer its guests the most inspiring way to explore some of the most breathtaking places in the world in the largest state in the United States, focusing on local communities and culinary excellence.
The Riviera will venture to iconic Alaskan ports of call such as Ketchikan, Sitka, Kodiak, and Hubbard Glacier, with sailing itineraries ranging from 7 to 12 days. Travelers will have even more opportunities to discover Alaska's natural wonders and unique local culture with nearly 300 excursion options.
In addition, their "Simply MORE" proposal offers new guests greater value on their chosen cruise, with virtually everything included in their travel fare and incorporating a credit for shore excursions, as well as a range of included gourmet dinners, unlimited WIFI, champagne in the suite, and wines and beer in all bars and restaurants.
Alaska might not seem like a culinary destination in the traditional sense. However, among the nearly 300 shore excursions offered is the company's new Culinary Discovery Tours series, designed for Riviera's 2025 season, which highlights Alaska's unique and thriving food scenes.
Offered in Juneau, Ketchikan and Sitka, the chef-led immersive tours take travelers on adventures ranging from craft beer tastings paired with dishes highlighting freshly harvested ingredients to visits to a sustainable oyster farm followed by a hands-on seafood-focused cooking class.
Each day of sailing features a naturalist who offers interesting commentary from the bridge, as well as a series of masterclass-style talks that delve into the biodiversity of Alaska.
According to Juan Rodero, CEO of StarClass/Un Mundo de Cruceros: “ Thanks to its comprehensive combination of global itineraries, Spanish travelers who choose Oceania can choose from classic summer itineraries in the Mediterranean or Northern Europe, to more exotic off - season destinations in Asia, South America , Japan, or Australia. But I would highlight the nature and culinary immersion trips to Alaska , which continue to experience high demand . ”
