Oceania Cruises will inaugurate its new flagship, Oceania Vista, on May 13th. The first ship in the mid-sized Allura class, it can accommodate up to 1,200 passengers. The ship features a variety of recreational and wellness spaces, as well as new dining options and exciting itineraries.
Oceania Vista is defined as residential-style luxury and will feature only cabins with private balconies. All staterooms and suites boast spacious bathrooms with large rainfall showers, ample vanities, and plenty of storage. The Vista offers the especially spacious Penthouse, Oceania, and Vista Suites, which also feature a large living and dining area.
For the first time, Vista will feature a new category of Concierge Veranda cabins, ideal for solo travelers, with a seating area with views, a separate sleeping area, and storage space.
The contemporary decor of the cabins features soft tones and elegant furnishings, details and artwork; each cabin and suite is considered a home away from home.

The Oceania Vista will offer passengers a variety of common areas and leisure spaces to enjoy during their voyage: The Grand Staircase, an iconic feature of Oceania Cruises, where each new cruise begins; Martinis, the bar where sophistication and glamour take center stage, with different areas separated by glass walls; The Grand Lounge, an elegant lounge where you can enjoy a pre-dinner drink or chat with other passengers; Casino + Casino Bar, the ideal place to enjoy a cocktail or participate in games of chance and skill; Horizons, a lounge offering 180-degree views where you can enjoy the ocean or a live musical performance with a drink; Pool Deck: the perfect escape to an oasis where you can relax in cabanas, take a dip, or enjoy a drink outdoors; Aquamar Spa + Vitality Center:with various treatment areas, personal training spaces, and a beauty salon and hair salon. It also features a terrace with ocean views.

For Oceania Cruises, gastronomy and haute cuisine are its hallmarks, and the Oceania Vista is yet another example of this distinctive company culture. The Oceania Vista will offer a total of 12 culinary spaces, four of which are entirely new and exclusive to the new ship:
Ember, open for lunch and dinner, offers creative American recipes mixed with time-honored classics, such as polenta-braised ribs or grilled swordfish with asparagus, among others.
Aquamar Kitchen will present a fresh perspective on food and the pursuit of well-being. Tempting and healthy breakfasts and lunches will include cold-pressed juices, as well as slow-roasted organic salmon with quinoa tabbouleh and lemon tahini.
The Grand Dining Room will be the luxurious culinary grand dame with a variety of options, from exclusive Jacques Pépin classics to an incredible spectrum of global flavors and an all-new executive chef tasting menu.
Polo Grill will delight diners with the ultimate classic steakhouse experience on an elegant dinner night with USDA Prime Black Angus beef dishes and succulent seafood dishes such as whole Maine lobster au gratin.
Toscana will present an evolution of Tuscan cuisine in a truly Italian setting based on generational family traditions, such as octopus carpaccio with champagne vinaigrette or artichoke and parmesan timbale with black truffle sauce.
Red Ginger will radiate harmony and tranquility with pan-Asian dishes created by Oceania Cruises chefs and specialties of Thai, Korean, Japanese and Malaysian origin that include dishes such as spicy roast duck and watermelon salad with cashews, mint and Thai basil or Malaysian beef penang with coconut rice and paratha roti, among others.
Terrace Café , an informal dining experience at any time of day, including eggs, omelets, pancakes and waffles made to order, grilled meats or freshly made sushi and sashimi, with the menu varying daily.
Waves Grill, the perfect place to enjoy gourmet burgers, succulent seafood and sandwiches in the open kitchen, accompanied by sides such as fresh salads, coleslaw and crispy hand-cut fries.
Priveé is the place for intimate and personalized culinary celebrations for up to 10 guests.
The Culinary Center features chefs who share their perspectives on culture and cuisine through food and wine while also enjoying the sea views.
Baristas will offer the best views on board the ship with 270-degree views over the sea while guests enjoy illy® espressos, cappuccinos and lattes accompanied by delicious homemade cakes, sandwiches and biscotti.
OceaniaVista's inaugural season
Starting in May, the Oceania Vista will offer the following itineraries in its inaugural season until November, beginning its voyage in Europe through the Mediterranean, then heading to London, and from there departing on August 30th for the American continent to offer cruises from New York to Canada and from there to Miami:
