The SH Diana, the newest and largest ship in the Swan Hellenic fleet, was launched from the Helsinki Shipyard's dry dock on January 23. Fit-out of the SH Diana is now underway, and it is ready for its maiden voyage, "Mysteries of Carthage and the Moors," which will depart from Palermo, Italy, for Lisbon, Portugal, on April 15. Following this voyage, the Diana will travel along the western Atlantic coast of Europe to explore the Arctic.
Andrea Zito, CEO of Swan Hellenic Limited, said: “We are delighted with the construction progress and quality of the SH Diana, a Polar Class PC6 vessel featuring state-of-the-art naval technology and sustainability, which will enter service as planned in April. We look forward to welcoming our guests on board to experience our cultural expedition cruises with the option, for the first time, of choosing between exploring the coastline by tender or expedition Zodiac.”

Work will now continue with an intensive commissioning phase, preparing it for passengers in April.”
