Holland America Line's 2024 Canada and New England season will feature 29 sailings ranging from week-long getaways to longer, more in-depth trips.
From April to October, the Volendam and Zuiderdam offer seven-day "Canada & New England Discovery" sailings. Ten- and eleven-day cruises on the Volendam add Newfoundland, while a 24-day expedition includes Greenland and a circumnavigation of Iceland.

2024 Season Highlights:
– A 24-day round-trip cruise departing July 27 aboard the Volendam from Boston, circumnavigating Iceland with six stops around Iceland and 10 additional visits to Greenland, Maine, and the Canadian islands of Nova Scotia, Labrador, and Newfoundland.
– A cruise aboard the Volendam between Boston and Montreal, Quebec, Canada, on a series of seven-day “Canada & New England Discovery” itineraries departing on weekends. Ports include Bar Harbor, Maine, and the Canadian destinations of Quebec City, Quebec; Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island; and Sydney and Halifax, Nova Scotia.
– The Zuiderdam will sail seven-day “Canada & New England Discovery” itineraries between Boston and Quebec City. Ports include Bar Harbor, Charlottetown, Sydney, and Halifax.
– The “Historic Coastlines” round-trip cruise from Boston aboard the Volendam departs July 20 and calls at Portland and Bar Harbor, Maine; Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada; and Halifax and Sydney.
– “Newfoundland & New England Discovery” cruises aboard the Volendam sail between Boston and Montreal. The 10-day cruise calls at Quebec City, Baie-Comeau, and Havre-Saint-Pierre in Quebec; Corner Brook, St. Anthony, and St. John’s in Newfoundland; and Halifax and Portland. The 11-day sailing calls at Portland, Saint John, Corner Brook, Charlottetown, and Saguenay in Quebec.
– Scenic cruises of the Gulf of St. Lawrence and the Saguenay Fjord aboard the Volendam or the Zuiderdam.
– The Volendam offers 13 and 14 day repositioning cruises along the Atlantic coast between Montreal and Fort Lauderdale (Florida) in April and October.
