The CroisiEurope cruise ship La Belle des Océans, which spends its winter season in the Canary Islands, is undergoing routine maintenance and technical inspections. Following these routine tasks, the ship, built in 1989, will resume service on January 21, offering a series of cruises around the region.
The ship's regular itinerary, which will run until April, lasts seven nights and includes stops at six of the archipelago's eight main islands. The destinations visited include Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, La Gomera, La Palma, and Tenerife.
During the summer of 2023, the ship will reposition itself in the Mediterranean, offering a series of departures to Italy, Spain, Greece and Malta, among other destinations; in addition to an itinerary to French Corsica, circumnavigating the island and visiting six different local destinations.
Formerly operated by Silversea Expeditions, La Belle des Oceans joined CroisiEurope in 2019. Along with La Belle de l'Adriatique, the 120-guest vessel typically offers luxury cruises in areas including the Mediterranean, the Atlantic, and the Red Sea.
The 5,218-berth ship features two lounge bars, a swimming pool, a spa, and a gym. It also boasts spacious sun decks and two restaurants: a main dining room and a more casual dining option.
