Azamara is pleased to introduce its new program for travel agents, Azamara Alliance, committed to supporting and strengthening its relationships with the travel agent community. Focusing on mutual success, shared commitment, and a true sense of teamwork, Azamara Alliance launches with new tools and technologies to create a seamless experience for travel agents, including a new booking platform, a more intuitive Azamara Connect business partner portal, and an expanded contact center.

“A priority in this new chapter at Azamara is to provide our valued travel agents with the best possible support and the most efficient experience,” says Patrice Willoughby, Chief Sales Officer, International at Azamara. “With the launch of our Azamara Alliance program, it is our mission to support travel agencies and equip them with the tools so that we can succeed together.”
Looking ahead, Azamara will continue to expand and enhance its relationships and offerings with travel agents as an independent cruise company. For the new tools, live training sessions will be held in January 2023, along with self-paced learning tools to help travel agents familiarize themselves with the new booking platform and get the most out of the new Azamara Connect. As part of the Azamara Alliance launch, the program includes:
New Versonix Seaware Touch Booking Platform
– Seamlessly accessible through Azamara Connect, the new booking engine with user-friendly features and functionalities empowers travel agents to book across all channels on a single, integrated platform with a 360° view of everything. Travel agents can book FITs, as well as back-to-back and package travel, including cruises, flights, shore excursions, onboard packages, and much more.
New Azamara Connect Travel Portal
– The new, much more intuitive Azamara Connect will provide on-demand access to images, promotions, marketing templates, and all the tools travel agents may need to support their sales efforts.
Expanded Contact Center
– To provide faster, more responsive service, the Azamara Contact Center is doubling its number of agents and integrating new systems for quicker answers and information, including callback services starting later this month.
In addition to its commitment to supporting travel agents, Azamara has also announced new investments in its UK-based sales team, including the appointment of Moira Gregson as Business Development Director and Natalie Holder as International Marketing Director. Moira and Natalie join the Azamara UK team, led by Managing Director David Duff.
Joining the team as International Marketing Director, Natalie Holder will support Azamara's global marketing team in Miami, as well as the sales teams in the UK, EMEA, AUS and LACAR markets.
