Celestyal Cruises is relaxing its COVID-19 protocols. For all voyages from August 26, 2022, onwards, all passengers aged 12 and over must still be fully vaccinated, including a booster vaccine for those 18 and over (if their original vaccination schedule was completed more than 270 days prior to embarkation).
All guests must present a certified negative antigen test taken within 48 hours prior to departure or a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours prior to departure, a change from the previous requirement of a test taken within 24 hours prior to departure. Passengers arriving from the EU and EU DCC countries who have recently recovered from COVID-19 will be required to present an EU DCC (Digital COVID-19 Certificate). Passengers arriving from non-participating countries, such as the United States, Canada, and Mexico, who have recently recovered from COVID-19, must present a doctor's report along with the positive test result at the time of their diagnosis, as well as the negative test result taken on the date of their recovery. Face masks, previously mandatory in all indoor areas, are no longer required, although their use is recommended in indoor and outdoor areas where crowds are present.

We continue to be in close contact with European health authorities, CLIA, and the Greek health authorities, as well as all the destinations we visit on our cruises, to ensure we comply with all the latest health developments, guaranteeing the health and safety of our guests, crew, and the communities we visit, which remains our top priority.”
