Norwegian Cruise Line debuts its series "The evolution of innovation"

Just weeks before the debut of Norwegian Prima, this three-part series celebrates the company's most innovative moments and a series of firsts that revolutionized modern cruising and paved the way for the brand's next evolution. In this new episode of EMBARK, viewers will witness NCL's historic journey, from being the first cruise line to offer round-trip Caribbean voyages in 1966 to the company's new Prima-class ships, set to debut in August 2022.

Each episode illustrates an element of NCL’s innovative, multifaceted, and guest-centric approach through the unique stories of NCL executives, long-serving staff members, the company’s most loyal guests, and notable individuals who played a key role in the company’s evolution from its inception. The episodes offer a glimpse into the company’s history with never-before-seen interviews and archival footage, as well as a first look at the exceptional new class of ships that will define NCL’s future.

“EMBARK with NCL allows us to showcase in a more visual way the incredible experiences we offer through our dynamic fleet, as well as the unforgettable vacations that await our guests in some of the most coveted dream destinations around the world,” said Harry Sommer, President and Chief Executive Officer of Norwegian Cruise Line.
