Celestyal Cruises presents a new small-group shore excursion program – “Authentic Encounters” – featuring intimate, immersive, and hands-on shore excursions that allow guests to delve deeper into the destination and indulge their personal passions, such as food and wine, art and archaeology, culture, and adventure activities. Shore excursions are offered in destinations in Greece and Turkey and are organized for groups of two to 20 participants.
The experiences on the “Idyllic Aegean” itinerary range from wine tasting in Thessaloniki, hiking in Santorini, or pottery making in Rhodes, to home cooking in Mykonos or kayaking on the sea in Milos.
Olive oil production and tasting in Volos, Baklava making by a master baker and a special Hammam experience for gentlemen in Istanbul, or a practical workshop on the ancient art of Ebru painting or paper marbling, or a buggy safari adventure, complete the new experiences in the “Eclectic Aegean” itinerary.
