Currently Vice President of Princess Cruises in the UK and Europe, Roberts will join Seabourn on March 1, leading revenue management, rollout, planning, and analytics for the Seabourn brand globally. Based in the UK, he will report to Seabourn President Josh Leibowitz.

Seabourn's current vice president of product development and management, Sean Brennan, will be appointed chief business planning and strategy officer, reporting to Roberts. Brennan will lead business planning, analytics, fuel optimization, revenue forecasting, and the Holland America Group's shared services relationship.
Lynn Narraway, the current managing director of Holland America Line and Seabourn in the UK and Ireland, will dedicate herself fully to Seabourn as head of Europe. Lynn will report to Tony Roberts as part of the new commercial organization.
Nico Bleichrodt, Vice President of International Sales for Holland America Line, will continue to report to Gus Antorcha, President of Holland America Line, and assumes additional responsibility for Holland America Line's sales in the United Kingdom.

Roberts said: “This is an exciting opportunity at such a vital time for the brand. I will remain based in the UK, but will travel frequently to the United States to work with and lead the commercial teams there.”.
