This is exactly what Swan Hellenic had planned after many months of work and during the construction of its new-generation ice-class ship. Therefore, the outcome of its first cruise was not surprising, but the almost instantaneous surge in demand was. As a result, Swan Hellenic responded promptly, offering a new 13-day polar cruise through the Antarctic Peninsula and South Shetland Islands, Beyond the Antarctic Circle, departing from Ushuaia on February 20, and opening bookings for its 13-day Discovery Antarctic Peninsula cruise, departing from Ushuaia on February 8.
