Oceania Cruises has unveiled four new dining experiences that guests can enjoy at Privée, the private dining room on board the acclaimed Marina and Riviera ships, as part of its OceaniaNEXT program.

“We are the world’s first food-focused cruise line, so we never stop exploring, creating, and innovating. Privée has achieved almost legendary status over the years and is in high demand among our guests, who seek new culinary experiences to enrich their voyages,” said Bob Binder, President and CEO of Oceania Cruises.
Offering the most exclusive private dining experience at sea, Privée can be booked for a group of up to ten privileged guests per evening. Luxuriously appointed with large white leather armchairs, a grand custom-built table by renowned architect Dakota Jackson set upon a Ferrari red carpet and illuminated by a gilded Venini chandelier, Privée transforms every aspect of dining into a sensory experience.

Privée now offers diners a total of five culinary experiences with a new tasting menu, a wine pairing menu, the “Best of Oceania Cruises” menu, the “Best of Polo & Toscana” menu, and even an executive chef menu with a selection of gourmet dishes designed by the onboard culinary team.
The menus could offer delicacies such as Cheese Soufflé, Lobster Risotto, Roast Beef Sirloin with Foie Gras and Truffle Sauce, or Raspberry Mille-feuille, among others.
The next phase of improvements will be unveiled in the coming months, highlighting another new facet of the guest experience.
