The Port of Malaga will receive 6 cruise ships this week , thus continuing with the forecast for September during which there has been a significant increase in traffic since its reactivation last June.
In addition, two of these ships will be visiting the port for the first time. Both belong to the well-known Italian cruise lines, MSC Cruises and Costa Cruises, long-standing clients of the Port of Malaga, and these initial calls reinforce their long-standing confidence and commitment to the port.
Cruise week begins today, with the arrival of two ships: the 'Mein Schiff 2', from Palma de Mallorca, and the 'Aida Perla', from Cadiz, which will remain docked in the port area until 6 p.m.
The remaining scheduled stops are concentrated towards the weekend, leaving the calendar as follows:
Friday, September 24:
- 'MSC Virtuosa': First stop at the Port of Malaga. – 331.4 meters in length. – Schedule: 12 to 19 hours.
- 'Mein Schiff 3'– 293.2 meters in length. – Opening hours: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday, September 25
- 'Viking Jupiter'– 228.3 meters in length. – Opening hours: 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Sunday, September 26:
- 'Costa Diadema': First stop in the Port of Malaga. – 305.7 meters in length. – Opening hours: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
