Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) has announced more scheduled voyages to depart from New York, Los Angeles, Port Canaveral, Florida and Miami and confirmed that its newest and most innovative ship, the Norwegian Encore, will replace the Norwegian Bliss in Alaska this summer.
As part of its relaunch plan, Norwegian Cruise Line has announced its highly anticipated return to Miami, the cruise capital of the world, with the Norwegian Gem scheduled to sail a seven-day Caribbean cruise beginning August 15, 2021, and a four-day Bahamas cruise in November. The company has also put on sale additional itineraries to Bermuda beginning September 26, 2021, from New York on the Norwegian Breakaway; the Mexican Riviera on October 24, 2021, from Los Angeles aboard the Norwegian Bliss; and the Caribbean on November 13, 2021, from Port Canaveral, Florida, on the Norwegian Escape.
In addition, the Norwegian Encore, the newest ship in the fleet, will make its West Coast debut, replacing the previously announced Norwegian Bliss in Seattle for the 2021 summer cruise season. It will call at the Alaskan ports of Juneau, Skagway, Ketchikan, and Icy Strait Point, while also offering guests majestic views of Endicott Arm and Dawes Glacier or Glacier Bay. Guests and travel partners with affected reservations will be contacted directly. All U.S. travel is subject to authorization from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
