Swan Hellenic has also updated its Terms and Conditions to make planning upcoming trips even easier, and customers will only need to pay a 15% deposit when booking their chosen suite or cabin and can wait up to 60 days before departure to pay the remainder.
Finally, guests can book with complete confidence thanks to an extended and simplified no-quibble cancellation policy, knowing that if they are unable to take their cruise due to Covid and must cancel up to 30 days before departure, Swan Hellenic will provide them with a credit for a future cruise valid for two years. If the company itself is unable to operate any cruises, its customers will be entitled immediately to a full refund or a credit for a future cruise worth 110% of the cruise fare they have paid, also valid for two years.
