MSC Cruises today announced further details of the new dining experience aboard the company's upcoming flagship, MSC Seashore, which will enter service on July 31, 2021, and will have Barcelona as its port of call and embarkation/disembarkation point for Spanish passengers. With 18 bars and lounges, including 12 indoor and six outdoor spaces, five specialty restaurants, and four main restaurants, passengers will enjoy a culinary adventure with globally inspired menus.

On MSC Seashore, 65% of the public spaces have been completely redesigned to further enrich the onboard experience, with 13,000 m² of outdoor space to truly connect passengers with the sea. MSC Seashore boasts generous outdoor areas and public spaces and has been completely redesigned to include even more dining and drinking options with new bars and restaurants.
“With MSC Seashore, we have taken the dining experience to the next level with new, carefully curated options, both indoors and outdoors, that perfectly complement this spectacular flagship,” says Jacques Van Staden, Vice President of Food and Beverage. “Our talented in-house culinary team aims to create something for every palate, providing a diverse range of exceptional international dining experiences. We are confident that the new culinary concepts and the incredible variety of restaurants and bars will ensure that guests on MSC Seashore have a truly memorable dining experience.”.

The ship features four main restaurants, including an exclusive restaurant for Aurea passengers, serving first-class Mediterranean and international specialties in an elegant setting. Menus change daily, and exquisite dishes are created for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
For a more casual dining experience, the Marketplace Buffet has also been redesigned to give passengers the feeling of being in a real market, divided into three areas with distinct designs and atmospheres: Il Mercato, La Piazza, and La Trattoria. In addition, the buffet now features a new aft outdoor dining area as part of the Sky Bar, complementing its 1,100 indoor seats and making it the perfect spot for a cocktail with a stunning ocean view.
Furthermore, the MSC Yacht Club restaurant has been expanded, offering a private fine dining space for breakfast, lunch and dinner with daily changing chef's specials, a wide variety of gourmet dishes and an extensive wine list, in a stylish setting with impeccable service.
MSC Seashore will also unveil a new location for Chef's Court, where passengers will find five specialty restaurants, on Deck 8. Each restaurant will serve its own menu of international flavors, offering unforgettable gourmet evenings in an elegant setting. MSC Cruises' signature steakhouse, Butcher's Cut, will offer al fresco dining on the iconic promenade.

The five specialty restaurants include:
- ¡HOLA! Tacos & Cantina: a family-style restaurant with Latin American and Mexican inspiration, where passengers can enjoy a variety of street food specialties and choose from an extensive list of tequilas and mezcals, all in a fun and interactive environment.
- Butcher's Cut with NEW outdoor dining area: This iconic American-style steakhouse serves select Linz Angus beef. Guests can also enjoy a menu featuring succulent steaks, paired with their favorite wines or cocktails. The new outdoor dining area allows guests to fully experience the ship while enjoying the fresh air and ocean views.
- Kaito Sushi Bar with NEW conveyor belt: For the first time in the fleet, the popular Kaito sushi bar will include a conveyor belt so passengers can select to their liking from the freshest sushi, sashimi, tempura and much more.
- Kaito Teppanyaki: Passengers can enjoy an interactive experience and a fun show as expert chefs cook with flair on an open grill, combining the finest ingredients to create delicious dishes. This will be the largest teppanyaki restaurant on any MSC Cruises ship, with eight grills and more seating to accommodate more diners.
- Ocean Cay: This exclusive seafood restaurant will serve a delicious menu of fine fish dishes and other recipes, prepared with the freshest ingredients and complemented by a wonderful wine list

Among the new features of MSC Seashore are numerous bars and lounges where passengers can enjoy a drink, a canapé, or take part in the ship's more than 16 hours of daily entertainment. Highlights of the new offerings include:
