AIDA Cruises currently offers seven-day trips around the Canary Islands aboard the AIDAperla departing from Las Palmas, Gran Canaria.
With testing for passengers and crew members and other proven measures already in place on AIDA cruises, the company offers safe travel. Thanks to the Spanish government's regulations for safe travel, in line with AIDA's enhanced health and safety protocols, many AIDA customers have already been able to enjoy relaxing holidays in the Canary Islands.
All guests whose trip cannot take place as originally scheduled will be informed. Cruises to other destinations are not currently possible, so AIDA Cruises, in its desire that all guests can enjoy their planned spring AIDA holidays, is offering all affected customers the attractive alternative of a seven-day cruise aboard the AIDAperla around the Canary Islands.
The enhanced health and safety protocols - tested by SGS Institut Fresenius and confirmed by the classification society DNV GL - include a mandatory PCR test before arrival, regular health checks, social distancing and hygiene rules, medical care including the option of onboard testing, among other measures.
