Virgin Voyages has announced the name and itineraries of its third ship, the Resilient Lady, which is scheduled to join the fleet on July 1, 2022, alongside its sister ships Scarlet Lady and Valiant Lady.
The cruise company, owned by Richard Branson, has had a slow start due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Its first ship, the Scarlet Lady, is scheduled to launch in July, and the second, the Valiant Lady, has been delayed until November.
The third ship in the fleet, the Resilient Lady, will set sail from Athens, Greece, embarking on two seven-night itineraries starting in July 2022:
- Greek Islands Itinerary: Passengers can immerse themselves in Greek history and culture in Athens with stops in Santorini, Rhodes, Crete, and Mykonos. The Greek Islands itinerary also includes an overnight stay in Mykonos.
- Adriatic Itinerary (with the Greek Islands): Departing from Athens, this trip visits Dubrovnik (Croatia) and Kotor (Montenegro) before returning to Greece with stops in Corfu and Argostoli.
