“Always Included,” the new standard fare for experiences offered on board the award-winning Celebrity ships, includes:
- Unlimited drinks – Classic cocktails, glasses of wine, beers, soft drinks, specialty coffees and teas, juices and mineral waters… you can fully enjoy yourself without worrying about the bill.
- Unlimited Wi-Fi – Free and always-on connection to social networks, email and websites, so passengers can also browse virtually.
- Onboard service – We take care of gratuities so passengers can relax and enjoy the attentive service provided by Celebrity's exceptional crew. We always ensure that the crew, in turn, is rewarded for their level of service.
For passengers seeking even greater simplicity within luxury, Celebrity offers the option to upgrade to one of the following higher-level packages: Elevate or Indulge. All passengers staying at The Retreat will receive the same services as the Indulge package at no additional cost.
In support of the launch of “Always Included,” Celebrity Cruises will provide a comprehensive range of training and supplementary materials created for travel partners. Key elements of this training will include a webinar presented by the sales team, as well as a resource kit available from Celebrity Central that will include various helpful documents such as brochures, FAQs, and videos.
“Always Included” is the latest in a series of innovations available on Celebrity ships, including the recent transformation of the ship’s standard safety drills into a more personalized digital experience called Muster 2.0.
