CroisiEurope, Europe's largest river cruise company, inaugurated its latest five-anchor ship, the MS Douce France II, in an intimate ceremony at its Strasbourg river station. Following a complete refurbishment, the Douce France II joins the company's latest generation of premium , designed to satisfy its loyal cruisers who demand affordable luxury.
The ship is 110 meters long and 11 meters wide, with a capacity for 106 passengers in 55 double cabins, 4 single cabins, and 2 suites. All cabins are exterior-facing and air-conditioned, equipped with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. All cabins on the upper deck also feature a French balcony. The ship's spacious and well-lit public areas include a lounge bar with a dance floor, a restaurant, a sun deck with lounge chairs, and a boutique. A dedicated crew of 25 will be on hand to ensure CroisiEurope guests' highest expectations are met.
