Norwegian Cruise Line today announced it will expand its 2018 Miami-Cuba weekly round-trip cruise offerings with 33 new sailings. The all-inclusive Norwegian Sky will begin its 2018 season in March, sailing four-day round-trip voyages from Miami, with 32 of them including an overnight stay in Cuba’s rich historical and cultural capital, Havana, as well as a stop at Great Stirrup Cay, Norwegian’s private island in the Bahamas. These additional cruises will begin on March 26, 2018, and are in addition to the 30 calls Norwegian already announced it will offer in December 2017. Along with the freedom and flexibility that only Norwegian Cruise Line can offer, guests sailing on the Norwegian Sky will also enjoy unlimited complimentary beverages as part of the ship’s all-inclusive program.

The Norwegian Sky will transport passengers to the very heart of Havana, offering them the opportunity to visit historic sites such as Old Havana, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, view incredible art, and hear vibrant live local music, as well as take tours accompanied by Cuba's welcoming and friendly people. Norwegian will also offer a selection of 15 OFAC-compliant half-day and full-day shore excursions, where passengers aboard the Norwegian Sky will have the opportunity to enjoy a farm-to-table culinary experience, explore the flora and fauna of Soroa, see modern Havana in a classic American car, and much more.
Norwegian Sky's voyages to Cuba will also include a stop at Great Stirrup Cay, Norwegian's private island in the Bahamas. Great Stirrup Cay is a private island paradise with white-sand beaches, crystal-clear water, a wide array of water sports, and beachfront cabanas with breathtaking scenery available for daily rental for those seeking a more exclusive island experience. Great Stirrup Cay was recently enhanced to offer passengers exciting new ways to enjoy the island with additional routes, lounge areas with seating and shade, and more features coming soon, such as a private luxury lagoon for suite and The Haven guests.
