Norwegian Cruise Line's Norwegian Pearl arrived in Miami, its seasonal homeport, after spending two weeks in dry dock, where all the staterooms and many of the ship's public spaces were renovated to give it a fresh new look. The Norwegian Pearl's renovation is part of The Norwegian Edge.

The Norwegian Pearl's 1,197 staterooms have been renovated as part of a dry-dock modernization. All accommodations have been given a completely new look in shades of blue that evoke the calm of the ocean, accented with silver and turquoise details. Each stateroom features new furnishings, carpeting, headboards, and televisions, and USB ports have been added for passengers to charge their mobile devices. More than 2,200 works of art are displayed throughout the ship for passengers to enjoy in their staterooms, at Cagney's restaurant, and in The Haven.
Guests sailing aboard the Norwegian Pearl on The Haven by Norwegian™ will enjoy a completely renovated The Haven Courtyard, creating a sun-soaked environment with new finishes on the decks, in the pool and whirlpools, and new furnishings, including new cabanas that offer a resort-style experience. The Haven's suites and villas have also been extensively modernized and now feature new wallpaper, new furnishings, new finishes on ceilings and balconies, new carpeting, new draperies, and artwork.
Cagney's Steakhouse, one of the Norwegian Pearl's most popular Freestyle Dining venues, features new carpets, artwork, upholstery, and draperies.
O'Sheehan's Bar & Grill features modern flooring and a completely renovated bar area with new granite countertops, shelving at the back, new ceiling lights and lamps, new finishes on the walls throughout the restaurant, and new tables and chairs, plus bench seating at the larger tables with a greater number of diners.
The Norwegian Pearl's pool deck now features new flooring and freshly painted walls, along with renovated hot tubs. The Great Outdoors and Sky High bars both have new flooring. The Sky High bar also boasts a completely refreshed look, including new tables, chairs, stools, and a fully refurbished bar.
The Norwegian Pearl currently sails from Miami throughout April and offers a selection of itineraries, including round-trip Panama Canal cruises and Western Caribbean cruises. In the summer months, the Norwegian Pearl will operate the popular seven-day Alaskan glacial water cruises departing from Seattle, with stops in Juneau, Skagway, Ketchikan, and Victoria, Canada.
