Norwegian Cruise Line launches an updated version of its website

Responsive web design and enhanced functionality improve the customer experience.

Norwegian Cruise Line has updated its European websites to improve the customer experience and assist them in the booking process thanks to its new responsive and easy-to-use web design on all electronic devices such as computers, tablets and smartphones: www.es.ncl.eu.

Staying close to the previous design but with a fresh, modern look, the new responsive web design will provide better visibility for users on mobile devices and tablets. In line with this modernization, the portal has also benefited from technological advancements to speed up loading times, regardless of the device used.

Christian Böll, Managing Director EMEA of Norwegian Cruise Line, commented: “We know that more and more people are using mobile devices to research and book their holidays, and that this number will continue to grow. That's why it's important for us to ensure a high-quality experience on our website, regardless of the device used, so our customers can access all the information they need, whenever they need it. The responsiveness and improvements to our website directly address this, meaning that anyone, anywhere, can research, book, and plan for a Norwegian cruise holiday. We've also considered how users navigate our website, and the changes we've made to the booking process allow anyone visiting our site to move seamlessly from one page to the next.”.

In line with this update, Norwegian has also revamped its European e-newsletter. The new responsive web design allows customers and agents to enjoy offers and news regardless of the device they are using.
