The Port of Avilés expects the arrival of eight cruise ships in the next 20 months

Passenger ship traffic is consolidating at local docks, where three times as many visitors were recorded last year as in 2014.

Four cruise ships are scheduled to arrive at the Port of Avilés this year, according to the calendar announced by local dock officials. The “Braemar” will arrive for the first time on June 6. This same ship will return to the port on July 24, just a month and a half later. The “MS Europa” will dock on September 5, still during the summer season. And the “Black Watch” will arrive on October 5, shortly after the start of autumn.

Next year, the “Braemar” is also scheduled to arrive twice: on May 4th and June 20th. Shortly after, the “Boudicca” will dock on July 25th. The “Black Watch” will close the season on October 9th.
