The expansion that is being carried out at the Muelle de las Delicias terminal will be operational by that date.
The Port Authority of Seville has already confirmed 30 cruise ships for this year , including arrival dates , although it expects that number to increase in the coming months. The season will open on March 22nd with the arrival of the Braemar, at which time the expansion of the Muelle de las Delicias (Delicias Wharf) will be operational.
This ship, belonging to the British shipping company Fred Olsen Cruise, can carry more than 600 people and has dimensions of 195.92 meters in length and 22.5 meters in beam.
This ship will arrive in Seville during Holy Week and is scheduled to return in May, June, and July. In April alone, it has nine cruise ship calls planned, making it the busiest month of the season.
Among the ships that will dock at the Muelle de las Delicias are: The Tere Moana from the Paul Gauguin Cruises company, the Corinthian from the International Shipping Partners shipping company, Le Lyrial from the French shipping company Ponant, the Legend and the Star Breeze from Windstar Cruise and the Azamara Quest from Azamara Cruises.
To all of these we must add the cruises of the Belle de Cadix, of CroisiEurope, which makes a weekly cruise on the Guadalquivir.
