Based in Copenhagen and Warnemunde, the ship will alternate between two itineraries each week: one through the Great Capitals of the Baltic Sea and another exciting tour through the lands of the Vikings until mid-August.
This summer, the shipping company is offering grand tours aboard five of its best ships in the northernmost waters of the old continent.
The Costa Favolosa, from Costa Cruises, has recently started its summer season in Northern Europe, offering 7-day itineraries through the major cities of the Baltic Sea and exploring the Norwegian Fjords, land of the Vikings.
From May, passengers on this ship will be able to enjoy two dreamy 7-day itineraries, with the option of boarding in Warnemunde or Copenhagen and stopping in Stockholm, Tallinn and St. Petersburg.
From June 6th, the same Costa Favolosa will sail north towards Norway and its stunning Fjords, visiting cities and sites such as Hellesylt, Geiranger, Bergen, Kristiansand and Oslo, and maintaining the possibility of embarkation in Warnemunde and Copenhagen.
The summer months are ideal for visiting the most attractive cities in Northern Europe, where Costa Cruises, Europe's leading cruise line and the only Italian-flagged cruise company, deploys many of its finest ships year after year. The Costa Pacifica and the Costa neoRomantica, which began their cruises to the Northern European Capitals in late April and early May respectively, have been joined in recent weeks by the Costa Luminosa and the Costa Favolosa, with the Costa Fortuna expected to arrive in Amsterdam in the coming days.
