The Italian shipping company launches a groundbreaking campaign in Spain that combines very competitive prices for summer cruises from 2015 onwards
In addition, it is launching an All-Inclusive package with free drinks for those who book their fall and winter cruise in the Premium category
Due to the high level of guest satisfaction (9 out of 10 passengers recommend Costa), the cruise line wants to share this unique experience with as many people as possible. Therefore, if even one guest is dissatisfied, Costa will refund the full amount of their booking, including the return transfer to the starting point of their Costa-booked trip
Costa Cruiseshas just launched an innovative campaign in the Spanish tourism market: passengers who book a Costa cruise between April 11 and June 2 will enjoy numerous advantages: very competitive prices for summer cruises onwards, as well as the All Inclusive package free of charge for all those who book their autumn and winter cruise in the Premium category.
This promotion is complemented by the "Costa Guarantee: Satisfaction or Your Money Back." Based on the fact that 9 out of 10 passengers recommend Costa, the cruise line is launching an innovative benefit in the Spanish market, aiming to bring this vacation offer closer to all those who have dreamed of a cruise but have never experienced one. Thanks to this, anyone who books a Costa cruise of up to 14 days between April 11 and June 2, with departures and returns up to November 30, 2015, can request a full refund within the first 24 hours of the cruise if they are not satisfied with their experience.
“Only a leader like Costa could send such a powerful message,” explains Neil Palomba, President of Costa Cruises. “We are so convinced of the excellent quality of our cruises, featuring the best of Italy, that we offer a full refund if guests are not satisfied with their experience. In fact, 9 out of 10 of our passengers recommend Costa, and our aim is to bring new guests on board—those who have never experienced a cruise before. Once they are on a Costa ship, we are confident they will love it.”
“Nothing is more special than dreaming about the perfect vacation. And at Costa, we want to help those Spanish customers who haven't yet decided, by offering them the most innovative advantages, which will bring more traffic and higher sales to Travel Agencies, our best partners,” says María Jesús García, General Manager of Costa Cruises in Spain and Portugal.
Under this new initiative, if any passenger is not satisfied with their Costa cruise, they can request, within the first 24 hours of embarkation, to cancel the remainder of their cruise and receive a full refund. This promotion is valid in the Spanish market for all bookings made between April 11 and June 2, for cruises of up to 14 days in the Mediterranean and Northern Europe, with departures by November 30, 2015.
Passengers simply need to go to the ship's Customer Service desk and fill out a form. From that moment on, Costa will take care of everything. Customer Service will arrange, free of charge, their return trip to the point where their Costa vacation began. To arrange return trips, Costa requires that customers contact them within the first 24 hours of boarding, but at least 2 hours before the ship's departure from the next port. The Italian company will refund 100% of the cost of the Costa vacation within a maximum of 30 days.
